Application approved? What remains is the documentation: continuous timesheets, the right rate, confirmed months and project accounts that survive an audit. TimeFUNN keeps all of it the way the rules require.
The rate is derived, never typed
The hourly rate is 1.2 per mille of agreed annual salary, capped at 700 kr. You enter the salary; the rate follows.
1,850 hours per person per year
The limit applies across all SkatteFUNN projects. Hours past the cap are refused at entry, not in the audit.
Confirmed every month
The employee confirms their hours through an emailed link, the project lead confirms in the app. Time, IP and name are recorded.
How it works
1 · Add the project
Name and project number from the approval letter, the people with their agreed annual salary.
2 · Record hours and costs
Hours per day with what was done. Costs by hand, from a CSV export, or straight from Tripletex/Fiken.
3 · Confirm and report
Months are confirmed by employee and project lead, and the year report stands ready with the figures the forms ask for.
